The Amazing Thailand Grand Diwali Festival runs from 3 to 29 November 2026 at seven venues in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket, the Tourism Authority of Thailand announced on 30 October. Entry to all of them is free. Diwali itself falls on 8 November this year.

In Bangkok: Central Bangrak opens the programme on 3 November with a diya-lighting at 17:00 and Bollywood music, running into 4 November. ICONSIAM's Riverpark hosts three days from 6 to 8 November, with a lamp-lighting at 17:00 and fireworks over the Chao Phraya at 18:00 on the 8th. Phahurat, the city's Little India, celebrates from 20 to 24 November, and on the 24th a 17:00 ceremony falls on the same full-moon night as Loi Krathong. EmQuartier's Quartier Avenue closes the festival from 26 to 29 November, with the last lighting at 17:00 on the 29th.

Outside the capital, Pattaya Beach Road holds a beachfront ceremony on 13 November (events 13 to 15 November) alongside a programme at Central Festival Pattaya Beach from 7 to 15 November, and Central Patong in Phuket has an Indian food festival on 8 November. TAT's contact centre answers on 1672.
