The Khao San Road Business Association runs its Halloween event, One Halloween: Creature of the Night, on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October 2026. It starts at 17:00 each evening, with horror-themed installations along the street and a costume competition whose prizes total close to 1 million baht. The association has put more than 5 million baht into it and expects up to 60,000 Thai and foreign visitors across the two nights, against about 20,000 on a normal weekend.

The association filed an appeal on 22 October asking the government to let more Khao San businesses stay open until 04:00. About 50 to 60 venues on the street hold licences that generally require them to close at midnight. No approval had been announced as of 27 October, so expect the usual closing times this weekend.

Other Halloween parades and club nights across Bangkok are in our 26 October round-up.
