Featured agency on the Bangkok rent pages
Best of Thailand carries the pages someone reads before they rent in Bangkok: a rent check with 198 bands across 22 districts, compiled 7 September 2026 from 731 monthly listings read; a comparison of all 22 districts on where to stay; and the rule that turns a condo let under 30 days into an unlicensed hotel stay. 61 real-estate agencies are listed today, 25 of them with a website on file.

What it does
A Featured agency moves into the featured band at the top of every list on this page — /real-estate, /directory/real-estate-agents and its qualifying district pages — and carries a Featured badge on its card and on its own /place/ page.

What it does not buy
- No leads sold or forwarded. A reader contacts the agency directly through the phone and website links on the listing. We count those clicks as
business_cta_clickedevents and report the monthly total — we never sell or pass on a reader's details. - No wording we write for you. Featured buys placement and a badge, not the words “recommended” or “trusted” — those never come from us.
- No change to rating or reviews. The rating, review count and Google-sourced details on a Featured listing come from the same source as every other listing.
- No placement inside the rent-check bands. The bands on /rent-check are evidence-based and stay sponsor-free. Sponsoring that guide is a separate programme, at /for-businesses/sponsor.
Why renters
In August 2026, r/Bangkok carried 40 threads and 519 comments matching rent, renting, rental, landlord, lease, condo or deposit in the title. That is demand for the topic, not a count of our own traffic. The site launched on this domain in late August 2026 and Google has indexed almost none of it yet — what is mechanically true is where a listing appears and in what order, not how many people have found it.

How it works
- 1. Send the form below. Name the agency and, if there is one already, its /place/ link.
- 2. A person replies within 2 working days, checks the agency is real and currently operating, and confirms the district.
- 3. We email an invoice. No card details are taken online.
- 4. The Featured band goes live within two working days of payment. Billing runs per month, minimum three months. Cancel any time after that by email — nothing auto-renews.
Frequently asked questions
Can a single agent, not an agency, be listed?
Yes, if the listing has its own fixed phone number and an address a renter could reach — a registered agency and a sole practitioner working under a trade name both qualify for the real-estate-agents category. A personal Line or Facebook profile with no address of its own does not.
Do you list agencies that advertise stays under 30 days?
No. A residential condo let for less than a calendar month is a hotel under section 4 of the Hotel Act B.E. 2547, without the licence to be one — the point is set out on /real-estate. An agency we find advertising sub-30-day condo stays is removed from the directory, Featured or not.
Can I be featured in one district only, for less?
No. Featured is sold per agency at ฿2,900 per month, not per page. It moves the agency into the featured band everywhere the agency already appears — /real-estate, /directory/real-estate-agents and every qualifying district page — for one price.
How is the monthly report produced?
We total the business_cta_clicked events — phone, website and directions taps — that PostHog attributes to the listing's page for the calendar month, and email the number at the start of the next one. The report is a count, not a list of who clicked.
Does Featured change my rating or reviews?
No. Rating, review count, opening hours and description keep coming from the same source as every other listing on the site — first-party reviews for the rating, the import for the rest. Featured buys the badge and the placement, not a word of what the listing says.
