2,020 bars, clubs and rooftops are listed across 10 scene pages and 13 area pages, plus the interactive nightlife map. Google data as of 8 September 2026.
What Featured buys
- Top of the page. The venue moves into the featured band at the top of the scene or area page you choose, ahead of Verified and unverified listings. That band order (featured, then verified, then the rest) is the same everywhere on the site and is never re-sorted by a filter.
- A gold ring on the map. /nightlife/map marks a Featured venue's pin with a gold ring.
- The Featured badge. It shows on the venue's card wherever that card appears and on its own place page.
- One slot, one page. Featured is sold per scene or area page and capped at 3 venues a page, so a slot means something. A venue with more than one relevant page can buy each separately.

What Featured does not buy
- No change to the rating, the reviews, the opening hours or the description. Those come from Google, or for reviews from this site's own review form, exactly as for every other listing.
- A Featured venue that Google marks closed is removed from the slot and refunded for the unused part of the paid month.
- No "best" wording. Nothing on the page calls a Featured venue the best, a top pick, or anything else the data doesn't support.
- The badge itself shows no difference between a paid slot and an editorial pick — it reads the same either way. As of 13 September 2026, the 1 featured nightlife venue in the directory is an editorial pick; none has been paid for yet.
Verified costs nothing
Any listed venue can apply for the ✓ Verified badge at no cost: we confirm the listing is real and current, the venue links back to it from its own site or a social account, and it moves above unverified listings in the same band order Featured uses. Read how it works on /verified.

Why bar and club owners
In the local Reddit archive (r/Bangkok, r/Thailand and r/ThailandTourism, August 2026 into the first week of September), 294 threads carried nightlife, rooftop, club, bar and area names in the title. Three examples:
- “Looking for low key bars to take my parents”
- “Please recommend non-party vibe rooftop bar for sunset, great dining options”
- “Looking for chill speakeasies and safe clubs for Valentine's with friends”
That is demand for the topic on Reddit, not a claim about traffic to this site: this domain went live in late August 2026 and Google has indexed almost none of it yet.
How it works
- 1. Fill in the form below. Venue name, contact email, which scene or area page, and your existing listing if you have one.
- 2. We check the venue. Address, phone and hours are cross-checked against Google Maps and, where it exists, the venue's own site.
- 3. We email an invoice. Nothing is charged automatically online — no card is taken through this form.
- 4. The slot goes live. Within 2 working days of payment. Billing is month to month after the one month minimum; cancel any time by email and the slot runs to the end of the paid month.
Questions
- Can a venue be Featured on more than one page?
- Yes. A rooftop bar with both a scene page and an area page can buy a slot on each — ฿990 per month per page, billed and capped separately. Each page still holds to its own cap of 3 featured venues, so buying two pages doesn't crowd a third venue's page.
- What happens if my venue closes?
- We run a monthly check of every Featured venue against Google Maps. A venue Google marks permanently or temporarily closed loses its slot immediately, and we refund the unused days left in the paid month.
- Can bad reviews get a Featured venue removed from the slot?
- No. A rating change never moves a venue in or out of the featured band, the same rule that keeps the free ✓ Verified badge independent of star rating. A Featured slot is bought for a page and held for the paid month; it isn't earned or lost by review score.
- Does Featured change anything on the nightlife map?
- Only the ring around the venue's pin, which turns gold for as long as the subscription is active. The pin's position and its popup are unchanged, and the map has no featured band to jump to the way the scene and area pages do — a gold ring is the only difference a visitor sees there.
- Do you feature venues you haven't checked?
- No. Before the first invoice, someone checks that the venue is open and that its address, phone and hours roughly match Google Maps and, where it has one, its own website. That check is separate from the free ✓ Verified programme: a venue doesn't need to be Verified first to buy a Featured slot.
