Wrong hours, a new phone number, a move, a closure, or a stock photo where yours should be: send it here. It is free, there is no account, and a person makes the change.

What happens after you send it

  1. 1. We check the change. Within 2 working days, against the page you name (your website, Google Maps, Instagram or Facebook) and Google Maps. That check is how we know the request comes from the business and not from a competitor.
  2. 2. We update the listing. Name, address, phone, hours, website and description are changed by hand. A description is rewritten in our house style from what you send: it states what you offer and what it costs, without superlatives.
  3. 3. Your photos go on. We look at each one and replace the stock image on your listing with the best of them.
  4. 4. You get the Verified badge. When the listing and your own page agree, the listing is marked Verified: a badge, a place above unverified listings and a followed link to your website. We email you what changed.

What we cannot change

  • Ratings and review counts. They come from Google or from reviews left on our own listing page, and neither is edited on request.
  • A detail your own page contradicts. If your website still shows the old hours, we ask you to update it first, so visitors see the same thing on both.

Photos: send your own, or ones the business may share. No watermarks, collages or text over the image. Up to four, any size: your browser shrinks them before they are sent.
