A live vocalist and owner's genuine warmth earn strong loyalty despite one severe complaint about an hour-long food wait and missing utensils with service. The casual pricing and solo-friendly vibe sustain repeat visits. Regulars praise the family-like atmosphere more than they emphasize polished execution.
