What reviewers say
Chronic lateness (1+ hours) and overpriced repairs (2000 baht for refrigerant + leak service) frustrated two accounts; problems recurred within days, requiring repeat callbacks that again arrived late. A third vague five-star review cannot offset the pattern of poor punctuality and durability.
- Consistently late service calls
- Significantly overpriced repairs
- Problems recurring within days
