What reviewers say
Spacious, well-equipped rooms and attentive service staff earn high marks, particularly for luggage handling and guest relations. However, the front desk experience disappointed at least one frequent business traveler accustomed to smoother check-in processes, and the hotel's response to accidental minor damage on a child's clothing raised concerns about guest consideration.
- Spacious, well-equipped rooms
- Exceptional porter luggage assistance
- Quiet Sukhumvit transit location
- Front desk check-in process frustrating
- Strict policies on minor damage
