Billing transparency undermines what could be an attractive value proposition. Cold AC, friendly young staff, and affordable rates (฿450 first hour, ฿300 subsequent hours) appeal to small groups, but recent reviews report surprise charges added without disclosure, eroding customer trust despite low base prices.
