What reviewers say
Recovering rejected applications is a core strength—through persistence and clear guidance—but recent complaints describe unresponsiveness after payment and unexplained delays, contrasting with the firm's earlier reputation for swift handling. Background checks through the Public Security Bureau cause unavoidable waits, yet customers report difficulty getting status updates during delays.
