What reviewers say
Staff warmth stands out as the defining feature, with multiple reviews naming individuals by name for exceptional service. Newly opened means pristine cleanliness and modern rooms, though new-building chemical odors and limited window sizes are tradeoffs—especially the window situation affecting natural light.
- Exceptionally attentive, named staff
- Walking distance to Terminal 21
- Pristine, newly opened condition
- Modern, spacious rooms
- Strong new-building chemical smell
- Minimal windows, limited daylight
