What reviewers say

Black Card perks—free drinks, co-working space, wifi—drive most enthusiasm. Coffee quality remains consistent. Renovations in 2025 reduced capacity, and reviewers report crowding during peak hours. Service inconsistencies surface (wrong cup type, premature billing), and unlike other True Sphere locations, this branch lacks charging cables. Children under five are not permitted.

  • Black Card free drinks and perks
  • Fast internet and work tables
  • Good coffee quality
  • Crowded, hard to get seats
  • No charging cables unlike other branches
  • Children under five not permitted
