What reviewers say
Expert-level pool tables and professional tournaments draw serious players, but first-time visitors frequently encounter rude staff and aggressive enforcement of drink minimums—even to play pool. Some report staff mockery in Thai. The venue offers genuinely excellent equipment maintained to top standards, yet the customer experience remains unpredictably hostile or welcoming depending on circumstances.
